Article DirectoriesA great way of building up traffic and business is Article Marketing. You can submit your articles mostly free. You gain free advertising through your links in the author credits, and if your articles are used as content for newsletters, ezines, blogs or websites even more exposure. Unpaid for yes but you can earn money indirectly. The following list is the one that I use with new sites being added regularly, it is usually up to date. I am adding various notes to the site URLs for your information. The stars denote what page rank each site has in Google. The URLs in orange are sites that have articles submitted to them by isnare, the company that I use for article submission and the URLs in blue are sites that I still have to visit for submission purposes. Every time I update this page I see a lot of changes. Some article directories disappear, some change the use of their domain to anything but article directories. Many of them lose page rank though some gain PR. Why are there so many chages? Because running an article directory can be time consuming and thankless - not recommended as a business. Authors dump poor articles on the sites, totally ignore submission guidelines and then complain if they get rejected. Please respect the directories, they are usually offering a free service and don't deserve dumping on.
